AROQUE RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

At AROQUE, we strive to provide the best quality perfumes, attars, and diffusers to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return/replace the product under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns/Replacements

Prepaid Orders Only : Returns/Replacements are only applicable for prepaid orders. Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns/replacements.

7-Day Return/Replacement Window : Returns/Replacements are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of dispatch, not from the date of receiving the product.

Tampered Products : Products that have been tampered, broken, or damaged due to improper handling/usage by the customer will not be eligible for return\replacement.

Excessively Used Products: Items that have been excessively used or bottle showing signs of excessive usage/wear and tear by the user will not be accepted for return/replacement.

Return/Replacement Process

Submit a Return/Replacement Request : Please submit your return\replacement request by contacting us on our customer care number - 8929449559. Ping us on whatsapp, provide details of your order and describe the reason of your return\replacement.

Review and Approval : Once we receive your return/replacement request, we will thoroughly review all the details provided.

Reverse Pickup : If your order is eligible for a return/replacement, you will be notified, and a reverse pickup will be scheduled to collect the product.

Return/Replacement Shipping Timeline: The return shipment duration may take longer than the initial delivery timeframe. Be assured you will be guided respectively on our customer care number.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the returned package and process the refund within 24hours (in case of return) or we will replace the order (in case of replacement).

Replacement Policy: If a replacement is issued, no further alterations to the order will be permitted. Each order is allowed a maximum of one (1) replacement only.
